| Can a person that has been arrrested for but not convicted of a class B Misdemeanor get a CCL??? |

| It all depends on what the charges are and what state he's applying for. If it's for a "domestic violence" related offense, then he'll probably have some challenges. Best thing to do is to call the issuing authority and tell them what the chargs are. They will be able to give you an idea as to the likelyhood of him getting his CC license. gf

| Usually for arrests and and the charges being dismissed you're fine. However be prepared to provide documents that the charges were indeed dismissed.
