    Default Taking a cruise

    I will be taking a cruise soon and looking for suggestions about storing my handgun. I will be driving from VA to FL and will concealled carrying. Weapons are not allowed on the cruise ship so what/how do I secure it will gone? Looking for any suggestions.

    I found this website a while back. They sell products that might be useful to you for a trip like this:

    i would say to buy a good quality safe like a gunvault nano 300 i think it is, and lock it up in there. they can be found for about $30 bucks at acadamy sporting goods or online. have fun on ur trip!

    Good idea! Takes some planning but it is the best security. The other options posted should work but this is a great idea!

    Prior (several days) to your boarding, ask the ship's captain if he could secure your firearm in the ship's safe, until the end of your trip. This way you will be to carry up until your trip and re-arm as soon as you return.
