I traveled to Chicago about 2 months ago,with my weapon and CHL.When I got to the Ill border I unloaded my G 23 locked the pistol in the rear of the truck and had the ammo locked up in the front of the truck. And then obeyed all the traffic laws the best I could and just hoped for the best.No problems.As soon as I was out of Ill. I reloaded and and put the G 23 on my hip and came on back to texas.
