| Firearms must be unloaded and in plain view or secured in commercial gun cases anywhere in the vehicle. This was the info i got for automobile carry for Tenn. Does this mean that with a ccp I have to unload my gun and take it out of my conceal holster? |

| No, that means that if you don't have a permit you have to do that. With a permit you are good to go.
