WTFO...... What's the point of this.... Not sure what this is meant fix....
Yet another sign to ignore.
You have got to be kidding...gas stations will suffer
Everyone knows that if you carry a gun while pumping gas you are a terrorist.
>sarcasm off<
I wonder what is it going to take for the sheeple to wake up!
Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
...Jesus Christ and the American G.I.
One died for your sins; the other for your freedom.
Its meant to fix those pesky people that insist that they have rights and actually exercise them. This way its easier for them to get an accidental felony so they will never be able to try that crap again. I'm really surprised that they didn't include the 1000 foot zone around the gas stations.
It couldn't be meant to fix armed robbery's, if that were the case they would pass a law that any district attorney or judge that authorizes a deal or sentences anyone for robing a gas station with less then the maximum sentence is guilty of a class A felony. I bet that $$hit would stop almost immediately.
But they cant do that because criminals have rights and the courts reserve maximum sentences to those law abiding types that accidental break a victimless crimes law that should never have been a crime in the first place.
