I have been in military review/oversight boards and have been in front of the court on other issues. Dressing and behavior is always very important at all times.
Like you said, be professional. It is truly amazing the people I see going for a pistol permit that dont understand this basic concept.
She is all business, and takes this very seriously, as she should. Approach this as you would a serious job interview. Be professional and dress for success. She is sizing you up and more than likely she will have some friends in the courtroom (police officers, lawyers) that she could also ask for their opinion on your interview.
