Missouri Senators Back Firearms Discrimination Bill

A Missouri Senate panel has endorsed legislation making it illegal for employers to discriminate against current or prospective workers who have concealed weapon permits or have used a legal firearm.

    How can a prospective employer find out a prospective worker has a concealed firearm license? Doesn’t MO protect the privacy of CC license holders?
