Can a Texas Resident with a Florida Concealed Carry Permit carry concealed in Texas?

Problem:

I live in Texas, but have heard its more cost effective to get a non resident ccl from Florida. What are the guidelines for this?

Solution:

From the research we have done, as a Texas Resident, you should be able to carry concealed with a Florida Non-Resident Concealed Weapon or Firearm License.

From the Texas DPS website:

Texas has signed reciprocal agreements with Florida, allowing citizens with concealed handgun licenses issued by Florida to legally carry concealed handguns in Texas, and vice versa
