    You have to remember that there is much less chance of a criminal dying due to the death penalty then there is of the criminal dying if they meet an armed citizen. That is why criminals, when asked, state that they are more afraid of meeting an armed citizen than they are of the police.
    Anyone who says, "I support the 2nd amendment, BUT"... doesn't. Element of Surprise: a mythical element that many believe has the same affect upon criminals that Kryptonite has upon Superman.

    Numerous interviews with convicted killers through the years finds that very few were concerned about the death penalty when committing their crimes. The data can be found all over the web regarding the effectiveness of the death penalty.
