Let's also not forget that he could also go to college and get credit that will shorten his sentence, again on the taxpayer dime.

I'd know the date and time he would be released (if he gets that far) and I'd be there to take him on a long awaited fishing trip... "Fishing?" "Great sounds good!!" "Hey we aint got no bait". "what we gonna use for bait?"... Slowly drawing the knife from the sheath... "I hear baby killer works great for large mouth"...
You can give peace a chance alright..

I'll seek cover in case it goes badly..

  5. During the arraignment, he was briefly attacked in the courtroom by another inmate. The area of the city this occurred, contains a disproportionate amount of subsidized housing, subsidized food, subsidized everything. Young single whatevers are attracted to this area because it is 'affordable' and low density.' Subsidized' is the key word in most of these horrific incidents, whether anyone wants to believe it or not. Friend had to sell his well kept home at a loss and move away from this area after many incidents, threatening to his familie's life. He carried the short 410 everywhere. He now holds a poor perspective of Humanity. Burglaries were rampant, home invasions are an accepted fact. Police are reluctant to patrol some 'Subsidized' parts of the city for this reason. The area encompassed what was once referred to as.. 'The War Zone'.

  6. There is no good reason for it to cost more to execute someone than to keep him in prison for the rest of his life.

I think they're saying if it was a mistake...IE: They convicted an innocent man and had to pay out to the family, lawyer fees, etc etc.

That being said only the most heinous criminals should be executed, cop killers, baby killers, child rapists, etc. and there should be conclusive DNA evidence...

  8. Close friend owned a home and lived near this residence. They were driven out by the intense crime Most of which goes unreported. This large area is known by the term "War Zone". Police only patrol with heavy back-up. The Castro regime, Cuban 'Marielle boat lift' dumped the prisons of Cuba into the USA. Catholic Services brought them to Albuquerque NM. Subsidized housing, Welfare, Food Stamps, EBT cards, Free health clinics, Drugs, and of course alcohol are rampant as is heavy Prostitution. Socialism brings down any country it is experimented with. Being 'strapped' for equality in self preservation, is a response for self defense and survival of the Law Abiding.

St. Martin's brings in quite a few from Cuba, Iraq, and Nigeria. Apartment communities make deals with the charities because of prompt payments, and tax incentives. ABQ is an odd city..

'WAR ZONE' isn't PC brother, remember its called the "International District' per King Marty (for those not in ABQ he was a 3 term mayor)
