In a similar thread I once posted that the State of Maryland had sensors placed at the state line on major highways that could pick up the fact that you had a gun in your car when you crossed the line and immediately notified the Highway Patrol so they could stop and arrest you. Three different people wanted to know more about it and two called me a liar. A few tried to add to it and defend me but I really couldn't tell it any were serious or not. There were a few that fell hook, line and sinker.

A man told me many years ago that if you told someone anything with a straight enough face they would believe you. For some people you don't even need a straight face.
Are you serious about the sensors or was this the myth?

Bingo! As an avid movie watcher I hate this one! Somebody needs to teach Hollywood directors about Newton's Third Law.

I actually posted the part about the sensors as a joke and some believed that there actually are sensors. Just remember that even when you post something as a myth some people don't pay attention to the myth part and believe everything they read.

Loose ammunition in a fire is deadly.

You don't have to aim with a shootgun, just point in the general direction and you will hit your man. Oh, and lets not forget that the racking of a slide on a shotgun will make all run, short of Satan himself.

When you strike someone on the back of the head with a gun they get knocked out. I actually saw a movie once where somebody whacked a guy on the back of the head and he started screaming and swearing, and rubbing his head. LOL. someone must have done a reality check there.

Don't trust Myth Busters any more than you trust Snopes neither is infallible. Myth busters concluded that you can NOT shoot a gun out of somebody's hand!

    Lightbulb Assault Weapons

According to all news media outlets reporting on shootings or anything gun related, all guns in the story are always described as 'assault weapons'. This, I am sure, is in the media agenda to turn all people against gun ownership in general.
