The IRS says it can read your emails

For those who haven't heard or don't keep tabs on the IRS, it appears, by their own admission that they assume they have the right to read your emails, texts, and monitor your phone calls. It's not QUITE as ominous as it sounds, but it's bad enough. They are assuming the right (without a warrant) to read any of your emails that have remained on your server for 180 days or more. The texts and phone calls are also without a warrant. This explains their reasoning, sort of.

I got this from the (POS) ACLU which explains it in a little simpler language.

This is just a heads-up to watch what you put in your emails and texts and to make sure they don't languish on the server. I made sure to set mine to just 7 days and there's really no good reason you have to leave them there even that long unless you're on vacation without email or cell phone access.

I clean mine out daily. It's super simple with the Android mail app named MailDroid. I entered all my email accounts and I get notifications for every email, then I read them and delete from phone and server. Every couple days I go to each account on computer and check to make sure nothing is missed in spam...

Yeah, well, that's just a start.

Wait till they're done with you.

Sorry, the government has being doing this kinda crap so long I've forgotten how to make my surprised face...despite the fact that I am surprised they're actually admitting it now.

  6. FYI even if you remove, delete, encrypt, DoD wipe your email messages from your system, it may still exist on the system it originated from and/or every hop (e.g., their ISP, your ISP), it took to get to your mailbox.
When all other methods of protest have been dismantled, the system leaves us with only two options: stand and fight, or kneel and beg for mercy. All you need to know is what YOU would do when faced with that choice.
