Thread: Boy Suspended For Merely Saying 'Gun'

What many people fail to realize about schools is - Children don't have "rights" like in the bill of rights.
At any time on school property including on the bus, a teacher can look in any school bag, search any child with or without suspicion.
Which goes from kindergarten right on into High school, heck they even wanted to do it during college but it didn't go over well with me. but I was told that during my time in dorms they could search if they wanted too - and when I moved out of dorms, they still had claim to be able to search my backpack whenever I was on campus - it was in the student handbook.

At some point before I started - some idiot thought it would be good idea to keep a sawed off shotgun in their dorm - it was found or reported and yeh that guy is doing some federal time for it. but this incident caused a change in school policy's to allow the school more authority over searching and stuff on campus.

How true! I feel naked going out in public without it. It's part of my clothing for the day.
I'm a firm believer in two term limits for all politicians; one in office, the other in prison.

My sister has Downs Syndrome, and our family has been involved in Special Olympics for decades. IMHO, that is the ONLY venue where everyone should get an award. If you draw that out to the obvious conclusion, we are raising our kids to the standards of Special Olympians...

It can. If you say Biggie Smalls 3 times in front of a mirror he will come to your house and bust a cap in your a$$.

They do? I've met plenty of PEOPLE who have killed someone WITH a gun, but I've never met a gun that killed someone without some human intervention.
