Even so in the time it took for the wound to kill him he was able to stay in the fight and kill at least one agent
    Correct.
Michael Platt(?) took a nine millimeter Winchester 115 grain SilverTip through his bicep, into his chest and stopping just shy of his heart.
The round did exactly what it was designed to do and Platt suffered a non recoverable wound.
The problem for the Feds was that the round didn't stop Platt.. that man was running on pure adrenaline!
