Hey folks! Been "lurking" for a while and enjoyed reading most of the postings and decided to jump in yesterday when one just grated like none other

Looking forward to continuing to read up on all the good information offered here and the give and take of what seems to be an eclectic group of great folks.

Don't live in OK, but I have and it was well worth seeing. We used to go to a big 3 day pasture roping in Bushyhead every year, and during our off time we found that and Will Rogers Museum and homestead.

winnre, you bet I've visited J.M. Davis Gun Collection and it's awesome. If anyone hasn't seen his museum I would highly recommend.

  10. Thumbs up Be prepared - Be responsible

Thinking through possible situations and the best way to act and react is the first step toward being better prepared to make the best responsible decisions.

  11. FirearmsCoalition.org is urging all to respond to the current ATF Shotgun study, limiting magazine capacity. This was my emailed response to [email protected]

As a Patriot that adheres to the Second Amendment and the 'Constitutonal' laws of our nation, I am entitled to an opinion. Rather than elite officials 'banning' whatever type of weaponry is deemed offensive by the current leaders, I would suggest a study of why the USA is the rare nation that encourages and supports, through generous legal 'Subsidies', the Career, Violent, Repeat Offender, the truely dangerous anti-American. The legalistics that support this individual that skews US crime statistics, should definetly be researched by a 'study', rather than how to obstruct the Freedom of the law abiding patriotic American Citizen, through ever more 'enhanced' anti gun laws.

To be like 'socialized' Europe and disarm the 'Subjects' of the Crown, is against our US Constitution. Disarmed 'socialism' is unacceptable to the CITIZENS of this USA. We differ greatly from 'Subjects'. Our very intelligent founders fought and died for our 'Independence' from That system. Are our present leaders and their appointed bureaucracy, incapable of the intelligence shown by those before us? If that is the case, the US Election process will take it's predictable course...and Change the course of this great ship, The United States of America, "One Nation Under God".
