Banning any armaments (arms) is a direct violation of the Second Amendment's i.e. our Constitution's prohibition against infringements of the right of the people to keep and bear arms:

"...the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Banning firearms, restricting magazine capacities, and the like are all Violations of the Law.

Each and every state that joined the Union, including the original 13, was/is required to submit a Constitution for consideration, including verbiage committing their state to participating in and agreeing to the U.S. Constitution.

New Jersey is NOT EXEMPT from following "the supreme Law of the Land" (Article. VI.). They are REQUIRED BY LAW, both the U.S. Constitution as well as their own State Constitution, to respect and honor the Second Amendment's prohibition against any infringement against the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

It's CRIMINAL, and those who believe otherwise ARE the "domestic enemy" about which our oaths of office speak. Many of them are well aware of their crimes against We the people of our great nation. Some are just fools. ALL who support such restrictions, however, whether due to intent or ignorance, are CRIMINALS.

Rhetorical question: Since New Jersey has the same prohibitions by both the U.S. Constitution AND their own State Constitution, against violation of the 2d Amendment, why haven't some of the New Jersey gun organizations taken this issue to the courts? Regardless of how many people support violating the 2d Amendment, it technically can't be done in any legal manner without amending both Constitutions!

This is exactly why we have the 2nd Amendment. It's going to be real interesting to see if Americans today will have the guts to exercise their constitutional right to resist and use those weapons if necessary to defend their rights. If they go door to door and this doesn't end up in a bloody war then this will be the beginning of the end.

Let's point out that liberals and gun control freaks have re-defined the standard capacity magazine, which is really just a function of the size of the round and the available space to store rounds.

What they've done is banned Standard magazines so that their new standard can become the next high capacity version.

We have got to stop using their terminology and stop arguing their argument. Define and argue on Your terms.
