Homemade Italian Meatballs. YUM YUM!!!

    I made homemade Italian meatballs the other night that knocked my socks off!!

    1Lb of lean ground beef.
    1/2 cup italian bread crumbs( can use store bought or homemade)
    1/3 cup water(or egg)
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.(store bought or freshly grated at home)
    1/4 cup minced onion(one small onion)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper.
    2-3 gloves of minced garlic(add more if you wish, all depends on how garlicky you like it):

    Add everything together(don't add all the water at one time). Place in broiler pan, broil till the outsides are slightly brown on one side, then brown on other side. Add meatballs to sauce and let simmer for about 20 minutes

    Make sure you use a good sauce(not a watered down cheap one). Again you can use store bought or make homemade sauce.

    After 20 minutes serve over spaghetti and enjoy. I find homemade garlic bread goes will with it.
