Coleslaw always seems to go well with bar-b-que dishes: 1 cup mayo----1/4 cup milk----2 tablespoons sugar----1 teaspoon salt----1/2 onion finely chopped-----1 head of cabbage shredded-----1-2 carrots shredded-----1 green pepper finely chopped------In a large bowl mix mayo, milk, sugar and salt. Stir. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving
