    1/4 LB BUTTER
    1 BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
    RED AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
    2 LB CRAWFISH TAILES AND FAT
    2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
    GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED/OPT
    2 LARGE ONIONS CHOPPED
    GARLIC SALT
    SALT TO TASTE
    TABASCO SAUCE TO TASTE
    4 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    PARSLEY FLAKES

    MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET, SAUTE VEGIES FOR 30 MINUTES. ADD SEASONINGS AND CRAWFISH TAILS. SAUTE FOR 3
    MINUTES STIR IN FLOUR CONTINUE FOR THREE MINUTES AND ADD WATER
    STIR IN CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES GREEN ONIONS AND PARSLEY SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES
    MAKES 4-6 SERVINGS.....serve over rice.....you can find Crawfish tails at wal mart,,,,lol,,,,i found em in Indiana and in Utah.,,,, they must be everywhere,,,look over by the frozen shrimp ;-p
