Chicken Spaghetti

    ,,,ok ,,i know MOST of you have never heard of this ,,,but try it ,,,i promise you will enjoy

    4 TO 6 CHICKEN BREASTS

    1 BELL PEPPER. GREEN OR COMBINATION

    1 ONION

    1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

    1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

    1 CAN RO-TEL TOMATOES, (GREEN CHILIES)

    1 CAN STEWED TOMATOES

    1 PACKAGE SPAGHETTI, (16 OUNCES)

    1 PACKAGE SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, (16 OUNCES)
    PREPARATION:
    BOIL CHICKEN BREAST
    COOK SPAGHETTI IN BROTH. CHOP CHICKEN AND SAUTE WITH PEPPER AND ONION IN A LAGRE SKILLET UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE SOFTENED. ADD SOUPS, RO-TEL, AND STEWED
    TOMATOES. COOK ON LOW UNTIL BUBBLING, THEN STIR IN THE CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI NOODLES PLACE MISTURE INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED BAKING DISH. TOP WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR
    20 TO 30 MINUTES. SERVES 4 TO 6.

    I made this for my daughters Birthday.. It went over well.. The instructions are a little sparse/confusing in some areas
    On one instruction it tells you to add the chicken to the Peppers and Onions, and later it says stir in the chicken and Spaghetti.. I chose to add it with the Peppers and onions.

    When I make this again, I'll cut the chicken into smaller pieces, I made them about 3/4" square.
    I boiled the chicken for about 8 minutes (water already at a boil).
    I started the Green peppers 1st and cooked them for several minutes before adding the onions and chicken as I have found it takes a little longer to cook Green Peppers.

    I about doubled the quantities and it filled a large serving pan, and a smaller casserole dish..
