I too rely on the Cross Breed Super tuck for my XD. 40 sc. I have found it to be very comfortable at least for winter carry here in MI. However I am probably going to have to find something else when spring ushers in the warmer temps. I won't be able to rely on bulky sweatshirts to aid in the concealment then. Anyone have any recommendations for summer carry?

I use a Blackhawk Serpa holster when I carry my XD9 sub compact, and do not have to worry about it being concealed. I can use this holster also if I am wearing a sweatshirt or jacket and it is not visible. I was considering the Crossbreed and the Kholster for concealed carry, and I still might go that way, but today I discovered The Answer by Tucker Leather - Kydex/leather combo holster that seems pretty well designed and built. Here is a link to the Holster:

Has anybody used one of these? There are a couple of reviews of the holster on the web site.

I carry my XDm 9 (3.8) in a Blackhawk CQC holster somewhere between 3 and 5 o'clock. I wear a jacket, or a longer button down shirt untucked and I'm good.

I wear a Super Tuck most of the time for my XD 40sc, but in the summer with sport shorts I have a nylon IWB clip on that works well but a larger t-shirt is necessary. I also have a belly band that works well for strenuous activity, it's not very comfortable but stays put even when running. I wear it a little high with the gun under my arm pit, it would take a little more time to draw but it's better than being unarmed.
