Old Vet 53: Being retired Army, I also try to acknowledge the Army's birthday. However, not many do. Somewhere along the line, we lost the Esprit de Corps that the Marine Corps has. We could learn a lot from them but, sadly, only the most elite units have that spirit anymore, i.e., Rangers, Special Forces, etc. Still, I am proud to have served!
