    41 AE Bullets

Anyone know of a source for 41 cal bullets outside the usual 41 magnum ones
I found a bag of new IMI brass I bought many years ago when I did a 1911 conversion
I thought I might try it again, seem to remember it shot great, but bullets seem to be
extremely scarce. Have some 170 and 180 gr jacketed for my 41 magnum but I was
hoping to find some lead swc in those weights
I know it's obsolete but I'm not really crazy about my .40 and I always liked it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have a box (50) of IMI .41AE that came with a Jerrico 9/41 kit.

I don't want to shoot it because I believe getting more would be a PITA, and probably expensive.

I shoot the Jerrico, but only as a. 9mm.

  5. Any of the .41 bullets will work well and there are bullet molds available. Granted, the bullets have crimp grooves, but that is no more than an aesthetic issue--the bullets don't care.

  6. Penn Bullets sell a 170gn cast bullet for the 41AE. Here is a link

I hope this is what your looking for
