Nice. Not my cup of tea though. That thing wouldn't even fit in my hand.

  5. Nice looking gun.

I'd love to have one to carry in Bear Country...Carry a 6.5 inch 44 S&W now when I hit the woods..

What did she set you back, if you don't mind me asking?
Folks ask why I carry two guns...Well if I did not I'd be off balance and walk in circles!

Nice gun, use to have the 44 mag. It was a hoot to shoot!

I'm out of town until Sunday and will be heading to the range to try it out.

I also have a 44 barrel coming on Tuesday

BOOM!! Everyone will turn and look when you fire that one up on the range. Looks like fun!

  10. Wow.....words can't express the jealousy I'm feeling right now.

  11. Thumbs up

Congratulations! They are the MOST fun to bring to the range. Since we started reloading, I don't feel as guilty running a couple dozen rounds through mine on weekends (beats paying $1.80+ a round for Hornady factory). Not sure if they resolved the design issue, but you might want to check the screw on the safety after each use; I guess due to vibration, mine has a tendency to loosen up now & then and drop between shots (can be embarrassing, since after the first round you usually have an audience LOL)

Make sure you get some video (and frame stills from the video) shooting it at night; the DE .50AE has EPIC muzzle flash!
