Thread: Processing time for new permit

  1. Processing time for new permit

    Nov 3rd-Applied on line
Nov 5th-Finger prints via L-1 Identity Solution's @ local UPS store & took to local PD
November 8th-Received my permit from State police via USPO

Tips: Call your local PD first since they may have restricted days/hours for permits
Buy your money order (cash/pers checks will be refused) for fee's at your USPO & Save $5 bank fee

I'm pretty sure that response time broke some law regarding the speed of bureaucratic light.
    When they "Nudge. Shove. Shoot.",
    Don't retreat. Just reload.

I don't understand why Indiana has such strange turn around times on their permits. When I renewed mine, I got it back in four weeks! I have seen other guys take twelve weeks.

You never said if the three November dates were all in the same year.

  6. go the L1 route. 10 bucks more, but well worth it. 7 days from the day it was submitted.

You're sailing softly through the sun
in a broken stone age dawn.
    You fly so high.

    I get a strange magic,
    oh, what a strange magic,
    oh, it's a strange magic.
    Got a strange magic,
    got a strange magic.

You're walking meadows in my mind,
    making waves across my time,
    oh no, oh no.

    I get a strange magic,
    oh, what a strange magic,
    oh, it's a strange magic.
    Got a strange magic,
    got a strange magic.

Oh, I'm never gonna be the same again,
now I've seen the way it's got to end,
    sweet dream, sweet dream.

    Strange magic,
    oh, what a strange magic,
    oh, it's a strange magic.
    Got a strange magic,
    got a strange magic.

    It's magic, it's magic, it's magic.

    Strange magic,
    oh, what a strange magic,
    oh, it's a strange magic.
    Got a strange magic.

    Strange magic STRANGE MAGIC
oh, what a strange magic STRANGE MAGIC
    oh, it's a strange magic.
    Got a strange magic.

    Strange magic STRANGE MAGIC
oh, what a strange magic STRANGE MAGIC
    oh, it's a strange magic.
    Got a strange magic,
    got a strange magic,
you know I got a strange magic,
yeah, I got a strange magic,
    oo-o-o-oo, strange magic. (fade)

  8. We shall see - Just did mine today (fingerprints and met the police chief for my personal interview). It was a couple weeks after I did the online form.

  9. I just got my lifetime Unlimited LTC exactly 7 business days after I went to the City/County building here in Indianapolis. Total time from applying online was only about 2 weeks if you include weekends. My only question is, how often does anyone OC in Indianapolis especially on the Southside?
