    Yeah, the USCG wears blue for the same reason. No sense making it easy to find someone in the water. I have wondered why we don't wear bright orange or yellow, like army PT clothes :)

    All these guys taking about regulations. When I lived in base housing, PMO didn't know ***** about my weapons and they sure as hell didn't get put in any armory. I'd see armors at the range with other people's personal weapons all the time. ******* that.
