    California Transgender Law

Letís talk about this completely idiotic law Governor Brown signed this into law last week where it allows K to 12 public school children that they can announce that they feel that they are of the opposite sex and want to be allowed to participate in areas that the opposite sex is allowed to do.

Now were talking about being allowed to be on the sports teams, use the locker / shower areas and also be allowed to use the bath rooms that their transgender inner self feels that they should be allowed to do.

This whole procedure can be implemented by the school with only the childís request, there is no provision requiring a parents authorization / input, no requirement to obtain a specialist that deals with transgender clients to give their opinion as to the merits of whether or not this student is truth full in the these requests.

Now letís look at the opposite side of this law, what about the students feelings that are subjected to these invasions to their privacy. How is that 13 year old girl going to adjust to the normal everyday questions that they have in growing up with their own gender questions when thrown into the mix of all of this a boy of equal age is allowed to enter the locker room and shower with her.

These children both male and female are very fragile during these periods in their life, although the boyís would never admit it and the age old joke that they would like to be in the shower with the girls is just bull ****, they are just as bashful of their bodies as anyone else, I know my seven year old grandson yelled at me when he was in the bath tub when I started to enter the bath room one time to brush my teeth.

I know what the idiots in California say that they did this to counter act bulling and such towards the children who feel that they are stuck in the wrong body and so on, but itís a proven fact that the adolescent brain isnít fully functional to understand certain reasoning that a basic adult brain would be competent in doing.

These children donít have the conceptual ability to understand the long term complications this is going to have not only to themselves but to the other children that are subject to this outrage.

Doesn't seem to me to be the same state where THE PEOPLE voted against same-sex marriage.

Well said opsspec1991. Too bad there isn't a body or process to call loose cannon politicians to task for such ... ah, well let's just call it what it is... Stupidity.

Thanks, I get a little wound up over really stupid stuff that effect our children, they are innocent bystanders to the idiotic government butt wads.

I heard on tv a group is going the proposition route again to overturn this. A lot of good it did on Prop 8. All it takes is a closet judge to rule the proposition is invalid, no matter how many vote for it. This is a state where the degenerates think they are the majority and nothing is off limits. As a dissenting judge on the Calif Supreme Court stated when the majority overturned Prop 8 said, which I paraphrase: If there is no restriction to reserve marriage between a man and a woman, there can be no restrictions on polygamy, sex with animals or anything else.
-----The lady interviewed said they were also targeting the idiots that voted to pass the transgeder law to try to get them replaced. Good luck with the low information voters and the illegals that find some way to keep voting (illegally) to keep their freebies coming.

If someone wants to have sex with animals, so what? Not really relevant to the subject of what the definition of marriage is, IMO.

I am going to marry a chicken, all the eggs will be tax deductions, maybe I will have some smuggled in from Mexico so they can have full benefits.

If the "left" coast fell into the ocean tomorrow the USA would be better off. We could try to give it back to Mexico along with its debt but I doubt Mexico would want Kali-fornicating-ia.
