I Know "Elivis" Kokesh from the Co-Founder of the American Patriot Council

    Guys,

I just received this from Michael Dennin one of the Founders of the National American Patriot Council which I am a member of.
APC NATIONAL | American Patriot Council, Inc.

    Friends,

I know Adam "Elvis" Kokesh all too well from my days counter-demonstrating against the "anti-war" movement during the war in Iraq. He was a leader of "Iraq Veterans Against the War", a Leftist group whose members aren't even required to be Iraq vets and included phony Ranger Jesse MacBeth and former Marine Jimmy Massey who were both exposed as frauds, liars and back-stabbers after they fabricated lurid tales of human rights atrocities that they claimed were committed by American troops in Iraq. This is the same group that was led (and may still be led (?)) by the son of a former minister in the communist Sandinista government in Nicaragua, and cavorted with communist "historian" Howard Zinn and John Kerry's fellow "Winter Soldier" Joe Bangert. The only people I have seen follow Adam Kokesh (and IVAW) are the anti-American socialists and Islamists in the ANSWER Coalition who thought they were lending more credibility to themselves, their agenda and their rallies by sticking them in front of their marches.

If you're wondering how "Elvis" Koresh got his nickname, I think it was coined by Gulf War I vet Jonn LIlyea who noted how Kokesh, like Dead Elvis, had a remarkable ability and habit of unexpectedly showing up anywhere and everywhere at any given time. After popping-up here and there at various "anti-war" shenanigans during the war in Iraq, Kokesh vanished for a while and then resurfaced as a Republican candidate for Congress in New Mexico (Ron Paul made the most unfortunate mistake of endorsing him). After that fiasco, he dropped off the radar again for some time and, lo and behold - here we have our latest "Elvis" sighting.

    Best regards,

    Mike Dennin

    Just my opinion:
I believe Kokesh is a plant of the leftist in the white-house... if not the leftist himself, then some leftists among his minions. Kokesh is grossly stupid, if he thinks this will do any good for America.
Now. Having said that, I don't believe Kokesh thinks that way at all. I believe he is planning to "lead" this march, and somehow walk into a police line to escape the carnage that will erupt when "someone" fires a shot. I believe this entire bs plan is a leftist plan to subvert everything that real Americans believe in, and get Obuttama the one chance he is looking for to declare martial law.
I support the idea of protest, but I'm not going to be stupid about it. If they march into the district with loaded weapons, they will either die or go to jail.
Now. Having said that, if I'm wrong in that opinion of Kokesh, I will put this thought forward: If he isn't grossly stupid, and if he is not a leftist plant, then he wants to start a Revolution, and that's what he intends. Because that is what will happen if the shooting starts. Because when Obuttama declares martial law, I'm not gonna play, and there are millions just like me. Either way, Kokesh is wrong.
I'm going to protest my way. I'll ignore the illegal crap they spread, and let the government know what I think about them overstepping their authority according to the Constitution. I'm going to live out the rest of my life as a free man. My liberty belongs to me.
If they come for my weapons, I will probably die, but it'll be on my front porch or in my foyer, and not on macadam in D.C., and some of those bastards who come after my weapons will die before I do.
Just my opinion. It might be worth 1/2 cent or so, but it's free.
Stop, Drop, and Roll won't work in Hell.

  4. Only two suggestions. Determine their merit as they are my own:

    1. Adam Kokesh needs psychiatric help.

    2. Armed march on D.C. is a blatantly stupid suicide mission.

OK, not to get too deep into this here's why I think it's a bad idea. The discussion of passing more Federal laws is cause for concern and action, but not potentially violent action. For all their bluster, Nothing that makes it through the Senate will pass the House - unless the Lib's get their way in 2014. These scandals are helping raise the sheeples awareness as long as the conservatives don't overplay their hand. Impeachment will never pass the Senate - they tried it with Clinton and made him a martyr. The same would happen tenfold with Obama. Nixon resigned to avoid impeachment - O will not. The actions in 1775 were a direct result of the military trying to physically disarm the people. If it comes to that again I have hope that the revolution will be led by someone more prominent than Kokesh. Several young senators and a few state governors come to mind...

If your state is passing unconstitutional laws you still have the freedom to move. Not convenient for a family, but think how inconvenient it is for weapons or accessories manufacturers to move an entire company - but it is happening. That is effective "civil action" to express displeasure with the government.

Effective action will be to support and vote for the representative of your choice that will support your views, and TALK TO THEM. It's so easy now with e-mail and online petitions, but if you actually call their office your voice counts! You think they don't tally numbers to see how they should vote? I have my reps office numbers saved in my phone and the staffers you talk to will at least count your opinion as a yes/no mark on an issue. I actually got a callback from Senator Tim Scott when I voiced my opinion on the "sequester" cancelling tuition assistance. They are your EMPLOYEES, and if left to their own devices they may not act as their bosses desire...

This is a bad idea. If they want to march to show their displeasure with the direction the country continues to travel in these matters, carry empty holsters and rifle scabbards. What they're proposing is a recipe for disaster.

It's a bad idea if they only plan to demonstrate, but a good idea if the whole damn mess has gotten to the point the 2A was created for in the first place, to take back a rogue government by force of arms... and then only if you win.

I'm one who believes the next Civil War is in fact coming, but the timing, just as in the first one, has got to be right. Lincoln screwed up when he lost sight of the fact that preservation of the Union was not his first duty, preservation of individual rights as guaranteed by the Constitution was his first duty. Had he remembered that, there would have been no reason for the Union to be disssolving in the first place!

The War Between the States was a war of economics. And it was technically not a civil war since it was fought between two nations. Civil wars are those fought within one nation.

I see this ending badly which would actually be the beginning...
If it doesn't fit, FORCE it! If it breaks then it needed to be replaced anyway.
