Exclamation One world Govt. is coming sooner than we think

    Fellow Americans:

These links I have posted below will be the most important item I have sent out to date. Obama is about to sign away our sovereignty to the United Nations in December while he will attend the Copenhagen meeting on “Framework Convention on Climate Change”. I have also attached a file of the entire treaty that Lord Monckton refers to.

Nothing could be more threatening to our liberty than this meeting in Copenhagen and this treaty Obama will sign. You can no longer afford to sit on the sidelines and let a few of us try to awaken the masses. This is your duty as an American and if you fail you will have basically allowed everything you claim to love and respect to vanish. Once we are under this treaty, everything as you know it today will be gone. Free enterprise and the right of freedom will be extinct! Please…pass this email onto everyone on your list and don’t hold it back from anyone.

    FOLLOW THESE LINKS….

This is the short last five minute version of Lord Monckton’s speech YouTube - WARNING! Goodbye U.S Sovereignty... Hello One World Government !

This is the high definition of Lord Monckton’s 1 hour 30 minute speech. The last five minutes is when he divulges the One World Government which will occur in December 2009. YouTube - Lord Christopher Monckton Speaking in St. Paul I suggest you watch the entire video if you can and if you cannot..the last five minutes.

We will be doing a special program on Politics 101 this coming Wednesday night and our Florida candidate for the US Senate seat in 2010, Dr. Marshall DeRosa will be discussing this issue with us. Dr. DeRosa predicted this would happen in his well known book titled, “Redeeming American Democracy”, http://www.pelicanpub.com/ you can also find it at Barnes and Noble Barnes*&*Noble.com - Book Search: redeeming american democracy, marshall derosa

    Sort of...

Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, includes the Treaty Clause, which empowers the President of the United States to make treaties with other countries, after obtaining the consent of a supermajority of the United States Senate.

[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur....

But as we have seen since Black Tuesday January 20th, 2009 the Senate (And The House) has Rubber Stamped every thing Obummer the Usurper has asked for thus far...

And the uber-liberal, ultra-left-wing-nut-jobs have the Super majority in the House & Senate right now...

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

  7. The Supremacy Clause merely establishes the Constitution's supremacy over state constitutions. It also allows treaties entered into by the government to trump the laws of the States. It doesn't say that if a treaty is signed that conflicts with our Constitution, the treaty wins. When it says "any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding", it is refering to the constitution of the states, not the Federal Constitution.

EDIT: I'm not saying that this treaty is a good idea or something that we should support. I'm just saying that a treaty does not trump the Constitution.

On contrary, that is exactly what it says, not withstanding the Treaty Clause, that cements it According to Harvard Law Grads such as Obama the Usurper...

Its the same tired ass argument they have had for decades with the fricking comma's in the Second Amendment...

The same worthless excuses they have been using for Interstate Commerce Clause Abuse since WWII...

We will be lucky if this thing ever gets in front of SCOTUS IF Obama signs it and the Senate Super Majority Rubber Stamps it, as they have everything else he asked for this year...

I am not saying I agree with his & his followers assessment, I am saying that's what the ones that can make it happen right now are saying...
And nothing less than a Change of Power in the Legislative & Executive Branches or a New American Revolution can or will do anything about it...

Look at how many decades its taken to get D.C. and Chicago in front of SCOTUS on the Second Amendment...

It takes so long, that generations grow up accepting Constitutional Infringements as the Status Quo...
