We will fight them over the deficit. We will fight them over the debt. And we will fight them in 2010. We will fight them in the House. We will fight them for Senate seats in Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, and Arkansas. We will fight them in Colorado and North Dakota and California and Washington State. We will fight them in Illinois and in New Jersey. We will never, never, never, never give up! Our country is at stake!


    All our defeats do is to teach us the futility of appealing to moderate Democrats and the necessity — the dire necessity — of replacing them with committed Republicans. There is no such thing as a moderate Democrat in Congress. There are simply those whose votes the leadership does not need in order to promote its socialist agenda.

    We will not place our faith in the Nelsons or the Lincolns or the Liebermans or the Landrieus of the Senate. Nor in the Blue Dogs of the House. All we do when we depend on them is to permit them to raise their price and up the ante for their vote. We will place our faith only in the Republicans who oppose them and who will bring the collective insanity which has gripped Washington to an end.

    But we will continue to fight each battle in Congress because it is only by blunting Obama’s momentum and by demonstrating to the voters of America how their Democratic members of Congress are only automatic votes for socialism that we have a chance to triumph in 2010. And triumph we will. We can only hope that there is still a country to take back!

    Personally, I haven't seen too many "committed Republicans" in recent years. This time, I vote my convictions which is to say I will vote for the truly conservative candidate. If enough do this, it will undoubtedly split the Repub ticket and keep Dems in power. But, I see no other way. Maybe if enough of the "drooling idiots" who vote see what total tyranny looks like, they'll eventually come to their senses. But, I doubt that will happen as most will be content to take what the "gov't" gives them. At that point, I suspect I'll be "hiding" in Texas somewhere waiting for the revolution.

    i for one am concidering moving to texas, it's only a three hour drive. and from what i've seen they are ready to split off and forming there own republic once again, so i'll follow my distant relative Col. David Crockett and go to texas to join the fight and risk my life and fortune to help in that struggle!

    It certainly does appear that there's a new aligning of States similar to that seen leading up to the Civil War. While I know the devastation this time would be a lot more serious (if you can imagine that!) due to the predominance of more modern weaponry - held primarily in the hands of the Government - it will certainly be interesting to see the way this shakes down, if I'm fortunate enough to live that long. I pray that we're able to reconcile things before it gets that far, but it appears the "agenda" is being pushed despite these signs by those who would institute the NWO here.

    Yeah, the alignment of states tis interesting. As per government firepower, here's where I hope and pray that Oath Keepers will negate some of that, at least in personnel numbers. Like you, Ektarr, I also pray for reconcilliation, but I'm extrememly doubtful that the Communist-in-Chief and his minions in Congress are willing to reconcile on anything, certainly not rebuilding our country into the Constitutional Republic it was meant to be. And then there are the people who just want "freebies" from the gov't and will vote that way every time. Sigh...

    If the US has a Civil War other countries will jump in. China or Russia will grab Alaska for the oil.

    All I can say is that I will be on what ever side believes in the Constitution of the United States of America.
