    Its not over yet...

It still at minimum has to go back to the House of Representatives for reconciliation, and then back to the Senate for another 60 vote minimum hurdle...

Yesterday John Ensign (R-NV) raised the Constitutionality issue loud & clear on the Senate floor and the math of Dirty Harry Reid (D-NV) has been called fundamentally flawed by the CBO Congressional Budget Office, when they stated yesterday that Senate H.R. 3962 AKA: ObamaCare will not reduce the deficit but will at minimum more than triple it...

10 State Attorney Generals and counting have also called into question the Constitutionality of this bill as well...

Not withstanding the State Nullification Initiative already underway...

well at least there still might be a slight bit of hope. at least some one had the testicular fortitude to raise the angle of constitutional or not. I hope he gets tons of support!

Michigan's AG has started to look at the constitutional question of this HC Bull. This may just be a ploy for His run for Mich governor next year.

Some of my random thoughts on this:

I'm trying to stay optimistic as this isn't a done deal, yet. Reconciling the House & Senate versions could be problematic and hold the thing up or kill it.

If it passes, hopefully some well-funded organizations are going to drag this monstrosity into court and challenge it on constitutional grounds.

I'm also thinking about my personal response to this. While a believer in the rule of law, I am not going to be pushed around by these arrogant SOBs. Don't file a tax return? Refuse to pay any fines? Withhold part of my taxes?

If the Dems push this thru, does anyone think they are not going for the guns?

Hope like hell that 2010 cleans out the rat's nest and 2012 gets rid of the Muslim-in-Chief. If not, then things, IMHO, ratchet up in intensity.

What state will be the best to move to in order to "take a stand"?

    Just my .02 cents.

Makes me want to hurl. I pray that the mid term elections bring about a change in the federal govt.

Besides what I have suggested at:
    http://www.usacarry.com/forums/2nd-a...macare-14.html
and will continue to keep you all apprised of what you can do at any given point in time; so check the aforementioned thread daily...

We have a several week interval before these Democrat scum bags go back to work in D.C., besides calling, faxing, snail mailing their local offices on a daily basis; we can organize & participate in protests in front of these Senators & Representatives local offices, attend their in-person & telephone town hall meetings, making sure we contact the local media & national media when we do so in advance, with press releases and such; additionally, we can make sure we make them famous whenever possible by hiding (if needed) video cameras, voice recorders, whenever we have the opportunity to talk to them on the phone and in person.
Stay on top of the blogs, newspapers, organizations etc., that are promoting ObamaCare, write them and oppositions to their Unconstitutional Socialist Propaganda...

Additionally, join their mailing lists and the democratic parties mailing lists, moveon, dailykos, acorn, seiu, etc., as they quite often try to fly town hall meetings under the radar with minimal notice to keep it loaded in their favor...

Stay on top of any polls on CNN, NBC, MSNBC, the Obama loving, Constitution hating networks and beat them at their own game...

Keep a publicly listed phone number for the pollsters like Gallup, Rasmussen, etc., to call; because they call at random and only to publicly listed numbers, its a hassle but worth the price of admission...

Read "Rules For Radicals" By Saul Alinsky; its Obama & Companies Play Book... get it on inter-library loan, whatever you need to do to get your hands on it...

Educate as many people as possible on the Unconstitutionality of ObamaCare...

The Time For Closet Conservatism Is Over...

Put your money & your personal time where your mouth is...

Out blog them, out spend them, out protest them, beat them at their own game...

DO DISCUSS RELIGION AND POLITICS AS FREQUENTLY AS POSSIBLE...
