More of that hope and change the voters wanted. This is so exciting I can hardly stand it. Can't wait for November, let the revolution begin.

    Obama's GLOBAL DECEPTION...

On December 7, 2007, Obama introduced the Senate version of the Global Poverty Act of 2007 (S.2433).

Which Contained a U.S. agreement to a global disarmament of private citizens in the U.S....

Plenty of info out there on this in this forums archives and on the web... start with Obama - Global Poverty Act, Global Gun Ban...

    Doesn't matter.

In order to ban the private ownership of weapons in the US, there would be a required constitutional amendment to repeal the 2nd amendment. Those who would support such an action would be drummed out of office immediately.

If somehow it passed, there would be a very violent revolution.

Neither result is wanted by anyone in government, so such a thing just won't happen.

Being drummed out of office is no longer the concern. The agenda and achieving it's goals are the only concern of the progressives at this point in the game. Everyday more ingredient is added to fuel the violent revolution that you think won't happen. Seriously, you don't see and hear anything today to cause you to believe that a violent revolution is not included to be instigated in the progressive agenda? It's a different world and a different America today than ever before, everything talked about is GLOBAL, A NEW WORLD ORDER, ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT, ONE WORLD CURRENCY, INTERNATIONAL LAW, ONE WORLD COURT, all of this doesn't ring a bell in your head? All of this is wanted by many in our government. Don't be naive, deceived, or unaware, stay alert.
In America today, it's considered worse to judge evil than to do evil. Never let these Christophobic Liberal Progressive Purveyors of Infanticide & Homosexual Perversion who always manipulate truth to be hate speech set the terms in a debate.

I remember General Swartzkoff when Germany baulked at sending troops to Irac because their constitutioin forbade it making the comment some years back that "Constitutions can be changed". That is the thinking of many of our leaders today and they don't just mean some other countries constitution.
By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house;by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith Heb.11:7

So true HK, and I can't forget a very profound statement made by Winston Churchill..."there are NO MISTAKES in politics".

I'm glad that you're convinced it "just won't happen". I don't believe in absolutes and looking at other countries where it just couldn't happen makes me believe it could happen here. All it would take is the right set of circumstances whether real or manufactured to push it into happening. Quite some time ago I predicted that violent criminal gun use reported by the media would increase and look at all the shootings being reported by national news media now. Let this continue and it can be used to "soften" the population into believing harsher gun laws are needed. Eventually it could be used to convince the sheeple that outright gun bans are the only answer. This has happened in England, Australia and elsewhere. It can happen here if "we the people" let it.
