    BHO will probably appoint someone as close to a Marxist mindset as possible. The GOP will raise hell to block, BHO will then appoint a middle of the road Socialist and scream racism if they don't confirm. The GOP once again will cave and we'll be stuck with someone worse then Stevens. I'm thinking a Black, Lesbian Muslim that has one leg and is blind and was a community organizer until some evil corporation abused her (it-whatever). Gotta cover all the "Protected Classes"

    You should take a look at the possible nominees. It even includes Holder and we know how well his attempt to put terrorists on trial in NYC went. Knowing that whomever Obama appoints will probably be seated, I hope it ends up being Garland. He seems to be the more conservative of them.
