No I did not... I simply intended to point out the most common facts overlooked about Governor Mike Huckabee and the other canidates that would be of interest to those in our common demographic...

First And Foremost, Governor Mike Huckabee's Second Amendment position and record is second to none...
Without this nothing else matters...NOTHING, ZIP, NATA, ZILCH...

There are other things nearly equally as important, but you have to get past this one first, if you ever even remotely sold-out on the second amendment...GOOD FRICKING BY...you can not be trusted...

Governor Mike Huckabee is the ONLY one whom passes the perfect second amendment record test...

Have a open mind and take a in-depth look at the links I provided, I am sure you will find as I did, Governor Mike Huckabee is the real deal and deserves the support of every one in America whom values their second amendment rights...

We also have a democrat majority house and senate right now which is a second amendment & amnesty and tax increase, disaster waiting for a place to happen; second amendment infringements & attempts at amnesty have been introduced multiple times this last year alone and the stinking Veterans Disarmament Act is sitting on the Presidents desk waiting to be signed and we need to hammer him to VETO it! DON'T LET BUSH LEAVE OFFICE WITH A SECOND AMENDMENT SELL-OUT AS HIS LEGACY, AS DID REAGAN...Step up to the plate and do your civic duty...

If we get another president democrat or republican in office that has a record of selling us out on the second amendment we are hosed...

    What a dismal

state of affairs. I don't like any of them. This is looking like one of those "least of all evils" choices. What a shame, we had a chance and, increasingly, it looks like we blew it.

  4. I like Huck on the 2nd ammendment issues, that is important to me. That being said however we will have to see how he does in the rest of the primaries. So far he has won in only one I think. I was quite surprised when he did not win in SC. I thought he would be a shoe in there. So my point here is we may not get to vote for him in the general election. I am not switching my vote in the primary though. I will support him there but once the party nominates whoever I will have to support that nomination because the alternative it to let the Dems have the White House, to go alng with the House and Senate. That would be a little too much for me. But if anyone can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory have faith in the Dems. Only they would have as their front runners a woman and a black man. WOW! They must be pretty sure we Repubs are pretty well whipped.

The facts are I am amazed anybody in the pro-gun community was behind Fred Thompson to begin with he flip-flopped on nearly every issue that he claimed to support and he SOLD US OUT ON THE SECOND AMENDMENT...

did everybody forget the his vote for the gun free school zones and other purposes act? AKA: Kill for free zone & leave our kids and their teachers defenseless act...HOW ABOUT VIRGINIA TECH...

How about his vote to make the assault weapons ban that sunset even more restrictive then the original...

How about his statements on sensible gun control laws? Sounds like a Billary Clinton quote to me...

McCain win over Huckabee in South Carolina - WEATHER

In the McCain fluke win over Huckabee in South Carolina...

The facts are Mike Huckabee lost South Carolina to John McCain simply due to the weather…
    http://www.weather.com/

Geriatric John McCain had less votes then he had in 2000 when he lost the last time around to "W", and the missing republican votes in excess of 13,000 (the narrow 3% difference between Huckabee-McCain in South Carolina) were without question in Huckabee’s base…
    http://www.cnn.com/
    http://www.foxnews.com/

McCain’s base beat the weather to the polls; plain and simple…

The independents voted for McCain the republicans voted for Huckabee!

Anybody who does 5 minutes worth of research on John McCain will see he has decades on the record supporting Amnesty, Stinking Free Trade Agreements and Selling out the Second Amendment... just to name a few...

This kind of record does not give you a honest win in South Carolina...

Mother Nature gave the win to McCain; not the people of South Carolina whom know McCain for the sell-out of America!

South Carolina & America REMEMBER MCCAIN-KENNEDY AMNESTY!, MCCAIN-REID GUN-CONTROL!, AND DESTROYER OF AMERICAN JOBS - MCCAIN.

The first family of South Carolina will still go undefeated in picking the next republican president of the United States - Mike Huckabee!

    http://thinkmikehuckabee.blogspot.co...-in-south.html

Further, in the delegate race which is what counts Mike Huckabee is nearly tied with flip-flopping, second amendment sell-out and waffle man Mitt Romney and ahead of Amnesty loving, second amendment and free trade sell-out John McCain...

    Recap delegate count:
    Mitt in 1st
    Mike in 2nd
    John in 3rd

If the pro-gun community unites behind Huckabee he can't lose...and neither does the pro-gun community...what a novel idea, a President we can have 100% confidence in not selling us out on the second amendment...and whom will appoint judges whom will aid in fixing the abysmal second amendment infringements we have now...

Romney, McCain, Paul...they do not even own a gun...

Mitt Romney joined the NRA in the 4th quarter of 2006 just months before announcing his candidacy for president...

Who has the perfect second amendment record? Mike Huckabee...

    John McCain's Gun Control Problem:
    http://gunowners.org/pres08/mccain.htm
John McCain is abysmal on gun control..
    http://www.gunowners.org/mccaintb.htm
Will the real Mitt Romney please stand up?

Obama to Get the Dems 'Barack' into the Business of Gun Control
    http://gunowners.org/pres08/obama.htm

Take a look at what we have to look forward to with Billary & or Obama or the second amendment sell-outs running on the republican side if we do not unite and get behind the only canidate that has a perfect second amendment record and is the only one whom has ever faced the Clinton Political Machine and defeated it; Mike Huckabee defeated the Clinton Political Machine every time he faced them 4 times in all; despite being out spent in excess of a 100 to 1...

I am sure we all agree, that we will support the republican nominee in November, BUT, if we do not want to be voting for a republican second-amendment sell-out we must support and spread the word about the only canidate running from any party with a perfect second amendment support record, the only one with a CCW, and the first Governor in the United States with a CCW...member of the NRA over 4 decades, Packing Governor Mike Huckabee...

Yeah Gunny, I hear you. And, I will vote Rep for sure, but I am not happy with the situation. I guess I can work up the most enthusiasm at the thought of a McCain/Huckabee ticket, although......sigh....

Here's hoping we can come together behind whatever they work out.

I'm not sure I can buy into this position, Gunny. If I were able to design the perfect Republican candidate and be sure that they'd get to run, it'd probably be Condoleezza Rice: She's brilliant, worldly and savvy in the ways of International politics, she's a Conservative, comfortable in the public eye, and has respect in the World arena. Not to mention, of course, being both black and a woman. In my view, she's ideal for the job. I hope one day she considers taking a shot at it.

+1 for Condy, she'd give Hillary a run for the money.

    Now that wold be interesting

if the Republican Party put together a McCain/Rice ticket.

Interesting, but I am not so sure about electable. She's smart, no doubt about that, but may be tainted by the Iraq situation. Shame.

  11. I must admit Condi is one smart lady. I think she would be an excellent choice but like Collin Powell I think she is just to smart to try and take the job.

The point I was making was about the historical precident that they are going to be trying to set here. I don't see the news everyday here but was just making the point that this has never happened. Though it may just be that makes a difference and that they are able to draw more voters to the polls time will tell.

I see McCain won in Florida though.
