This may be bogus not sure

As I said I am not sure of the facts on this story but I thought it was worth a thread.

    Well, for openers, from Wikipedia:
A National Security Letter (NSL) is a form of administrative subpoena used by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation and reportedly by other U.S. Government Agencies including the Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense. It is a demand letter issued to a particular entity or organization to turn over various record and data pertaining to individuals. They require no probable cause or judicial oversight. They also contain a gag order, preventing the recipient of the letter from disclosing that the letter was ever issued. The gag order was ruled unconstitutional as an infringement of free speech, in the Doe v. Ashcroft case.
    [Emphasis added]

    Further...
[The] lack of judicial oversight was at the core of Doe v. Ashcroft, a high-profile test of the usage of NSLs. Brought forward by an unnamed[12] Internet Service Provider [13] who had been served with NSLs, it challenged the constitutionality of the letters, specifically the non-disclosure provisions. Judge Victor Marrero of the Southern District of New York found on 28 September 2004, that NSLs violate the Fourth ("it has the effect of authorizing coercive searches effectively immune from any judicial process") and First Amendments. However, Judge Marrero issued a stay on his ruling pending the outcome of an appeal of his decision by the government.

In his ruling Judge Marrero wrote "All but the most mettlesome and undaunted NSL recipients would consider themselves effectively barred from consulting an attorney or anyone else who might advise them otherwise," and concluded, "as well as bound to absolute silence about the existence of the NSL...For the reasonable NSL recipient confronted with the NSL's mandatory language and the FBI's conduct related to the NSL, resistance is not a viable option."

Well, here is what my little bit of digging turned up....

Posts in the comments of the article talk about a Canadian post article about this that the link is broken/down right now.... I'll see if I can find it in the google cache... (Partial Fail. Google cache is wiped with the blank page, but....)

It looks like the article did originally exist, as the RSS feeds have not been purged. This is where the Canadian Free Press article used to live:

http://canadafreepress.com/index.php...When:07:36:31Z, but as you can see the article itself is missing.

This is the leader/summary on the RSS Feed: (I have a screenshot of the article in the RSS feed, but have not posted it.)

    _______
Obama Serves 14-State Governors with Warnings of Arrest
    from CanadaFreePress.Com
Barack Hussein Obama had served 14-State Governors in the United States, National Security Letters (NSLs) warning that the Governor’s actions in attempting to form “State Defense Forces” needs to be halted “immediately” or they will face arrest for the crime of treason. The employment of NSLs was authorized by the Patriot Act introduced by George W. Bush. Contained within the section related to these letters, it is forbidden for anyone receiving a NSL warning to even acknowledge the existence of said communication.

    ______

That makes me think that the repost of the article (above) is valid as originating from the Canadian Free Press site. Don't know why it may have been scrubbed unless the source turned out to be invalid or reneged on coming out with the information.

Very convenient ot the author to put in the part about being sure than no one can acknowledge the existance of such letters. That way they can go about distributing their FUD over such letters and never have to worry about having to prove it. If such letter did exist then it could never be produced so a perfect scheme to uncover.

You know it may or may not be legit but doesn't it sound just like something the usurper would do and if he were to do it calling someone else a traitor would be a real laugh.
By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house;by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith Heb.11:7

IF this report is legit, and IF the internet has been purged of any supporting facts, it IS just government coverup at it's best. This wouldn't be the first time that info portraying B.O. in a negative light, has been wiped clean from public access. After all, it's just the "Chicago Way".

What is this FUD which so many mention? I looked at some old posts and saw several references to FUD. In every case, it was preceeded by an article about Fvkin UnConstitutional Democrats. I'm not sure my perception is correct, but it works for me, so henceforth that is how I will percieve it every time I see it.

Works for me, too. Easy to remember...
