Thread: Does your State Constitution protect your RKBA?

Great article Mom! I like that Ohio has a real good view of the Right to keep and bear arms. The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be kept up; and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power. And this: All men are, by nature, free and independent, and have certain inalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and seeking and obtaining happiness and safety.

Indiana has the RKBA, and while I don't like licensing requirements in general, our (Indiana's) lifetime license is nice.......
Only when our arms are sufficient, without doubt, can we be certain, without doubt, that they will never be employed....... John F. Kennedy
