    Delaware Primary: Vote For Pro-Gun Candidate Tomorrow!!!

    Pro-gun Candidate Pulls Ahead in Weekend Polls
    O’Donnell Surge Continues

    Great news! Christine O’Donnell, who is supported by Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund, now has a slight lead in the Delaware Republican primary race against gun grabber (RINO) Mike Castle.

    The weekend poll taken by Public Policy Polling shows O’Donnell up 47%-44%. On Friday, O’Donnell also received the endorsement of pro-gun champion Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina. Earlier, her campaign was endorsed by Sarah Palin.

    Tomorrow’s primary election in Delaware will help to determine if the 2010 elections will really shake things up in Washington—or give the country more of the same.

    If Christine beats the establishment-backed (RINO) Republican candidate, the message to Washington will be clear: the Obama-Pelosi-Reid anti-gun socialist agenda must come to an end!

    And, since this is a special election to fill the seat of Vice-President Joe Biden, if Christine defeats (RINO) Castle and wins in November, she will be in the Senate for any lame-duck session of Congress.

    So please, remember to vote for Christine O’Donnell in Tuesday’s Republican primary.

    Christine’s commitment to the right to keep and bear arms is unwavering. She understands that gun prohibitions turn law-abiding citizens into easier targets for violent criminals.

    Christine O’Donnell respects the Constitution and will not support any laws that will disarm law-abiding American citizens.

    The contrast between Christine and (RINO) Mike Castle could not be clearer, as (RINO) Castle is the most anti-gun Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives.

    A sampling of (RINO) Castle’s anti-gun record includes votes:

    * To allow the FBI to keep the names of lawful gun purchasers for months, effectively creating a registration list of gun owners;

    * Against arming commercial airline pilots in defense against terrorism;

    * For so-called campaign finance reform, which limits the ability of groups like GOA to communicate with the voting public about congressional legislation;

    * Against repealing the gun ban in Washington, D.C.; and,

    * Against repealing the gun ban on National Park Service land.

    Mike Castle has not only voted consistently against your Second Amendment rights—he is an anti-gun leader as well. In 2004, Castle urged then-Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert to extend the Clinton ban on semi-automatic firearms.

    Castle even introduced his own legislation to extend the gun ban for an additional ten years.

    In the current session of Congress, (RINO) Castle has authored a bill that will regulate gun shows out of existence. His legislation is cosponsored by over one hundred Democrats who are F-rated on gun issues.

    This is a bill that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would love to pass. And if he were elected to the U.S. Senate, you can be sure that Mike Castle would team up with his old buddy from New York—Sen. Chuck Schumer—to push even more gun control.

    Simply put, were it left up to (RINO) Mike Castle, the Second Amendment would be completely abolished.

    Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund is working to keep this gun banner out of the U.S. Senate, and we hope you will join us by voting for Christine O’Donnell.

    And please, make sure all of your contacts know about the importance of this race and remember to vote for Christine as well.

    Thank you for your support of Gun Owners of America and Christine O’Donnell.

    Rino loses - constitutional conservative wins

    RINO LOSES - CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVE WINS

    Huge Win in Delaware! Christine O'Donnell Adds to String of GOA Victories --
    Gun Owners of America-backed candidate Christine O'Donnell completed a dramatic come-from-behind victory in Tuesday's Delaware Senate primary.
    O'Donnell was up against a member of Congress who earned the notorious distinction as the most anti-gun Republican in the House. But despite the backing of the Republican establishment in Washington, Mike Castle was handily defeated by pro-gunner O'Donnell.

    The implications of this win are huge, not only for the next session of Congress, but also in a potential lame-duck session later this year. Because this is a special election to fill the seat of Vice-President Joseph Biden, O'Donnell will take office immediately following the November election if she defeats her Democrat opponent.

    Anti-gun congressional Democrat leaders seem intent on a lame duck session, but the addition of just a single constitutionalist to the Senate will go a long way to stopping any gun control from sneaking through in waning days of 2010.
    Unfortunately, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) has already tried to pull the rug out from under Christine O'Donnell by announcing that the Committee will not support her campaign in the general election. It is an outrage that the NRSC would have spent millions of dollars on an anti-gunner, while it is not interested in helping a pro-gun constitutionalist.

    But Christine won the primary without their help, and GOA will be sure to work with its grassroots network to drive support to the O'Donnell campaign. You can contact the NRSC Chairman John Cornyn at [email protected]This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to express your outrage at this decision.

    The O'Donnell win adds to a string of victories for GOA-backed candidates this year in Senate primaries in Nevada, Kentucky, Utah, Colorado, as well as the non-primary in Florida (where Marco Rubio chased Gov. Charlie Crist out of the primary—and out of the Republican Party).

    All of the candidates supported by GOA-PVF were opposed by the Republican establishment in their respective primaries. And all of these candidates agree with Gun Owners of America that it is not enough simply to defeat anti-gunners in elections. They must also be replaced with leaders who will fight to restore Constitutional liberties that have been under attack for decades. (You can visit Home to keep up with GOA candidates.)
    It is safe to say that the 2010 elections may be the most important in our lifetimes, with America's constitutional republic hanging in the balance.

    And make no mistake, if establishment Republicans, like Mike Castle, were victorious in their primaries, it would not matter which party was in control of Congress. Both parties in Washington are guilty of growing the federal government at the expense of the peoples' liberty.

    But candidates supported by GOA—pro-freedom champions like O'Donnell, Sharron Angle, Rand Paul, and Marco Rubio, to name just a few—have no intention of coming to Washington to blend into the woodwork. If most or all of these candidates win in November, it will go a long way toward slamming the brakes on the anti-gun, socialist Obama agenda.

    So we are really in the midst of exciting times, and GOA is looking forward to working with a slew of new members of Congress to protect and restore the right to keep and bears arms as the Founders intended.
    Of course, GOA is only effective because of the activism and support of hundreds of thousands of members and supporters.

    If you are not yet a member of the organization called "the only no compromise gun lobby in Washington," please consider joining GOA today for a minimum contribution of only $20 at http://gunowners.org/ordergoamem.htm.

    In Liberty,
    Tim Macy
    Vice-Chairman

    PS—Please don't forget to express your outrage at NRSC Chairman John Cornyn's decision NOT to support pro-gunner Christine O'Donnell in the general election, now that she won the primary. 5. The only thing I don't like about her is her views on masturbation lolololol. No I mean seriously , I'm just afraid she would try to start legislating morality in Congress (like strengthening obscenity laws and cracking down on porn).

    Feds probe Christine O’Donnell campaign spending

    "..O’Donnell’s campaign has denied wrongdoing, but acknowledged she had paid part of her rent at times with campaign money, arguing that her house doubled as a campaign headquarters.

    Federal law prohibits candidates from spending campaign money for personal benefit. FEC rules say this prohibition applies to the use of campaign money for a candidate’s mortgage or rent "even if part of the residence is being used by the campaign," although O’Donnell’s campaign maintained that it was told otherwise by someone at the agency..."

    I wonder if she'll make a video claiming the probe is "nothing but a witch hunt...."
