Seems like Schumer got the FDA on board to ban it....

Four Loko is removing caffeine from their malt liquors.
Four Loko Manufacturer To Drop Caffeine From Alcoholic Drink

My favorite part, "The announcement came as the FDA is expected to find as early as Wednesday that caffeine is an unsafe food additive to alcoholic drinks. That finding essentially would ban Four Loko and other drinks like it."

No Red Bull and vodka, Jager Bombs, All Nighters, Masterblaster or Matadors!
Red Bull has 80 mg of Caffeine

    How about Coffee?

Starbucks Grande Coffee (16 oz) 330
    Coffee, Drip 115-175
Starbucks Grande Latte (16 oz) 150
Dunkin' Donuts Coffee (16 oz) 143
    Coffee, Brewed 80-135
    McDonald's Coffee (small) 100
    Coffee, Espresso (2 ounces) 100
    Coffee, Instant 65-100

Not that I care for coffee, so are they going to ban Coffee drinks?
I guess it goes with the thought they could tax soft drinks to pay healthcare.

The decision by Phusion Projects, while independent from any FDA activity, does indicate that the writing may be on the wall. I tried the Lemonaid version of Four Loko the other day. It tasted TERRIBLE!!! I can't see how this product is designed "to appeal to underage drinkers". I am certainly NOT underaged, but this product is about as appealing as shoe polish, IMHO.

IIRC, Excederine has more caffine than a typical cup of coffee. Yeah, basically asprin with caffine added to make it work better. All this nonsense of Schumer trying to ban things is giving me a headache. Maybe I should stockpile some Excederine just in case Chuckie decides to ban that too. I might even wash it down with a Four Loko, even though they taste realy bad.

I'd like to reward all the brain dead morons who voted to give us 6 more years of Chunky Steamer one punch in the face each.
