Law and the Multiverse: Superpowers and the Second Amendment

Oh, how I've been waiting for an excuse to link this site into USA Carry!

Law and the Multiverse is a blog set up by a group of legal beagles who also happen to be rabid comic book fans. It takes a multitude of issues in jurisprudence and aspects of a universe in which superheroes could actually exist, and tests the waters to see how the two might intersect. Today's blog title: "Superpowers and the Second Amendment".

Previous blog articles include: "Supervillian Real Estate", "I'm not Dead Yet! Ressurection and Probate Law", and "Federalism and the Keene Act". For those not in the know, the Keene Act was the law in Watchmen which required all superheroes ("masked adventurers" in Watchmen parlance) to register themselves with the government. Very similar to what kicked off the Marvel Civil War comic arc.

For those of us of a similar bent to the authors, this blog is indispensable for thought-provoking belly laughs.
