That would work if they don't have airplanes flying over head jamming the radio waves. The strongest signal is what get heard on the radio,

Ham radio operators have thousands of frequency's to use from a few KHZ to several GHZ, KW amps and beams, real hard stuff to jam with an airplane... The Ham radio in my PU alone covers everything from the 160 meter band through the 70 cm band all modes.....

That would be a total violation of the First Amendment, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; "

The Internet belongs to We the People and it is the People's printing press!
The Democratic Senate creating a law to give powers to the presidency to abridge (limit or shutdown) the freedom or speech or press is a direct violation of our US Constitution.

Our work is not near done to remove the Fascist ruling party of Democrats from destroying the foundation of our country!

Sense when have progressive liberals had any respect for the US Constitution if it gets in the way of their agenda. They pushed through Obama Care in full knowledge that it was unconstitutional.

What are you smokin', MelloYellow? The government has already suspended other amendments. What makes you think that Mao Bama won't do to the 1st, what G.W.Bush did to the 4th?

Since reading the entire 321 pages of the USA PATRIOT Act would take too long, read the summary on Wikipedia USA PATRIOT Act - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
