What concerns me is if you are on the watch list even by accident you have little or no recourse. Yep you are on watch list no gun for you no way. Guilty until proven innocent.

There's a Cub Scout on the no-fly list. The poor kid gets strip searched everytime his family flies somewhere. All this "homeland security"is making me dizzy.

Considering the errors and abuses documented about the "no fly - terror watch list"..... it seems more a joke than an actual, functioning means to sort the wheat from the chaff.

On the other hand, the no gun list is a horse of a different color and only has convictions listed.

Guess which list I consider unconstitutional?

You are missing the point here. For progressive liberals nothing they do has to work. They only need to feel good about their effort and spend lots of money. It's all about how they care so much.

Great article on this subject from John Lott. He breaks down the real numbers. Astounding how many people are wrongfully delayed or denied. If Frank Lautenberg were to have his way the shorter list would be those ALLOWED to buy guns. Good reading.

Did you know that Sen. Ted Kennedy was wrongfully placed on the "no-fly" list five times? Probably should have been placed on the "no-drive" list.

Apparently this is true for most voters because they keep getting re-elected. Conseratives had better wake up and relize respect for the US Constitution and the United States of America is not going to get them elected to office. They must forget all of that and show that they care even more than the progressive liberals if they hope to win. Voters don't care about a strong economy or respect for the United States of America through out the world or energy independents or private sector jobs.
