I find it mighty interesting that the two biggest RINO Candidates Mitt Romney & Jon Huntsman are both skipping Iowa...

I sure hope people WTFU soon about Slick Willard Mitt Romney, I still contend he is exponentially better than Obama; but anybody officially in the current republican field is better than Mitt Romney...

(Reuters) - Republican front-runner Mitt Romney and U.S. Representative Michele Bachmann led a closely watched presidential poll of Iowa Republicans, the state that holds the first contest in the nomination battle.

The Iowa caucuses, often held on a frigid winter night that can limit turnout to those most committed, often serves to winnow the field of candidates.

Whoever captures the nomination in the unsettled Republican field is expected to challenge Democratic President Barack Obama in the November 2012 general election.
Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, led the poll of likely caucus-goers with 23 percent, followed by 22 percent support for Bachmann, who is from neighboring Minnesota and a favorite of fiscal conservatives and the Tea Party.

Businessman Herman Cain had 10 percent support in the poll, U.S. Representative Ron Paul of Texas and former U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Newt Gingrich followed with 7 percent. Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty had 6 percent while former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum got 4 percent and former U.S. envoy to China Jon Huntsman followed with 2 percent.

The Des Moines Register poll has in the past been an accurate barometer of support in the key state, and it often sets a benchmark for candidate momentum as the race takes shape. This is the first Iowa poll for the upcoming election.

The poll of 400 likely Republican caucus-goers by pollster Selzer & Co was conducted June 19 to 22 and had a margin of error of 4.9 percentage points.

In 2008, the poll correctly predicted wins for Republican former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, who got support from Iowa's strong contingent of social conservatives, and for then-U.S. Senator Obama. Obama went on to win the presidency over Republican nominee John McCain...

    Who is Ron Paul?

Congressman Paul’s consistent voting record prompted one of his congressional colleagues to say, “Ron Paul personifies the Founding Fathers’ ideal of the citizen-statesman. He makes it clear that his principles will never be compromised, and they never are.” Another colleague observed, “There are few people in public life who, through thick and thin, rain or shine, stick to their principles. Ron Paul is one of those few.”

Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record:

    • He has never voted to raise taxes.
    • He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
    • He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
    • He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
    • He has never taken a government-paid junket.
    • He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
    • He voted against the Patriot Act.
    • He voted against regulating the Internet.
    • He voted against the Iraq war.
    • He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
    • He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Well folks, the early news is in that by midnight tonight Obama will have raised more than double the money all the current candidates have combined in their entirety...

While yesterday Obama was on the news bashing Republicans for not being in Washington to negotiate with him on Raising the debt ceiling; and calling them irresponsible; while today he is out campaigning and even his beloved Harry Reid is on camera extending an offer to Obama to come to congress to negotiate...
    The White House response?
    Its a waste of time...

So while the country is crashing & burning and soon to be the next Greece he is out campaigning...
    Sound familiar?
It should its the same thing he did his entire first term (Campaign for President) as a Jr. U.S. Senator from Illinois; a term which he never completed by the way...

    What does this tell us?

If the closet conservatives & libertarians in this country do not get off their collective arses and put their money and feet where their mouths are Barack Obama will become the first Dictator of what was once known as the Untied States of America...

We don't have to raise the debt ceiling to survive; we have to cut spending and leave nothing off the table...
He thinks raising taxes is the answer; but the fact is if all the U.S. Billionaires & Millionaires pony'd up 100% of their income it would amount to less than 1 Trillion (abt 937 billion); To give some scope & context to how ludicrous his suggestion is to tax the rich & raise the debt ceiling again to solve our spending problem is...
We are 14 Trillion with a T and counting upside down that they admit to...
114 Trillion in liabilities; AKA: Entitlements...
4 (Four) Trillion for Iraq, Afghanistan and all the conflicts in the middle east for the last decade...
U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time

So ready to step up to the plate yet?

Had enough Hope & Change yet?

What little I have to spare personally is going to Ron Paul...

Ron Paulís appearance on CNNís John King USA

Obama is continuing following in the steps of his favorite predecessor and this country's greatest war criminal Abe Lincoln by trampling the Constitution and the more recent War Powers Resolution...

Enough of the nation-building and being the worlds big-brother, we are broke, upside down and IMHO the greatest thing we can do to ensure our survival as nation is to bring all our troops home world-wide and focus on our financial and our security problems at home first.

Ron Paul - Champion of Liberty, Defender of the Constitution.
Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign Committee

We are getting ready to celebrate the birthday of our Constitution & freedom, while millions are sitting on their collective arses; through non-action, like not voting, not getting involved in the process and letting Obama & Company & the RINO's take our hard fought freedoms away and destroy our country.

"It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams

"IF we do nothing, we can only say we did NOTHING" - George Washington to his men just prior to facing an apparent, inevitable defeat at the hands of the British. A defeat which never happened, and became the turning point of the Revolutionary War; despite being out numbered, starving and facing the greatest Military Force the world had ever known at the time.

What are you doing to stop the destruction of our Country by Obama & Company & the RINOs, who continue to incrementally compromise our inherent, fundamental rights away; protected by the Constitution and tax & spending us into financial oblivion ?

As long as Mitt Romney is winning polls and raising millions and Barack Obama is raising more money than the entire Republican candidate field in their entirety; there is not enough of us getting involved in saving our nation...

We will not save it by wishing it was so, we have to take lessons from the liberals and put our money & our feet and actions where our mouths and hearts are; by getting proactively involved in the process. Endorse & support a worthy candidate in the best way you are able; and get others to do the same.

    NoBama, No RINOs 2012

Wow, Abe Lincoln is a war criminal. That's a new level of weird. How do you even jump to that conclusion?

On Sept. 24, 1862, President Lincoln issued a proclamation suspending the right to writs of habeas corpus nationwide.

On Oct. 17, 2006, President Bush signed a law suspending the right of habeas corpus.

Both acts were deemed unconstitutional by the applicable sitting SCOTUS of the day; after the fact...

In Lincoln's case he openly & deliberately defied the SCOTUS of his day whom opposed it ... and continued with his unconstitutional executive orders, waging war without approval of Congress, etc; until his death when many were reversed following the Civil War... When All States but Texas lost their Constitutionally protected Right to Sovereignty thanks to Abe Lincoln...

Nevada for instance would not be granted statehood until their Constitution contained no Sovereignty provisions; 8 days after Lincoln declared Nevada a state; Lincoln got Nevada's Electoral Votes...

Unconstitutional Executive orders, suspension of habeas corpus Suspects jailed. No charges filed. Sound familiar?
