Smile "Zerobama" or "0bama" <---That's a zero, not an "O"

Before I get started, let me confess that I voted for our current president in the last election. I'm sixty four years old, a former Army combat officer, and a retired DoD civil service employee (37 years).

Over the years, I've voted for both Reps and Dems ranging from both Bushes to Bill Clinton. With the exception of Jimmy Carter, I've been generally been satisfied with the ability of each to at least lead...even though I often have disagreed with their policies.

After watching our current president fumble, mumble, outright lie, and fail to provide any leadership on issues related to foreign policy, job creation, taxes, gun control, and the health care debacle, I'm firmly convinced that he is a "community organizer"...not Presidential material. He is undoubtedly a smart man. Unfortunately, he's not up to the job.

    Now, to my point...

I got an email from a good friend yesterday who is a "hunt-n-peck" typist. In it, he "fat fingered" a zero (0) in his discussion of the president's policy on gun control.

That got me thinking. What a great way to refer to the president's inability to lead our country! From now on, I will refer to him as "0mama"...it simply says it all for me.

However, my decision is going to be difficult because I type. People who type often don't really spell the words...they simply "think" and the letters come off their fingers to the keyboards. This makes the use of zero (0) difficult when rants such as this one are coming off our fingertips.

So, I have a decision to make. Do I type "0bama", slightly slowing down my effort? Or, do I type "Zerobama" which enables me to rant with little hesitation?

Why tell you about my dilemma?

I'm hoping to create a nation wide movement of folks who can express their disdain every time they post another failure, gripe, complaint, or downright ***** about Zerobama's failure as a president. So, won't you join me in this crusade? Perhaps, we can get bumper stickers?

  3. Thank you for at least opening your eyes.....but if it wasnt for people like yourself that voted for this guy in the first place we wouldnt be having this discussion......what was the basis for choosing him? His outstanding years of service in Congress?????? His eloquent reading of a teleprompter? His far left stance on almost all issues, or maybe you just didn't like Bush (as so many people have said....) Maybe it was his promise of change.....one would think that after all the years on this planet that people would know by now that politicians lie, cheat and steal....and the best you can vote for is a person's character......oh wait, maybe people voted for Obama because he was "black".....just to prove they are not prejudiced......well, the mere fact we call him a "black president" shows prejudice.....and in the end, he is NEITHER black nor white....hmmmmm, a FAR left liberal and now everyone wonders why we are worried about our gun control rights.....

I frankly, am sick of you people that FAILED to do YOUR JOB as a voter by not investigating your candidate better, and now you want everyone to follow some nationwide disdain for him......no i dont like him....but what i despise more than anything else is our public that doesnt think until it's too late.....sorry lowjiber, it's not as much a personal attack as it is the fact that i see stuff like this everyday....had anyone that voted for this man even taken the time to step back and look and not be sucked in by his speaking abilities (which suck btw, anyone can read a teleprompter.....if you want to elect a person based on speaking, you should elect his writers)...

Now I am afraid, we will get another 4 years of him....which will doom this country more than anything we can foresee.....you watch what happens to our gun rights when you have him in there as a lame duck....and frankly, the Republicans dont have anyone to combat him....the only way to even combat him is with a Black Republican.....

Or 0'Carter. But I like zerobama better.
Actually, his accomplishments aren't zero, they are extremely negative. He and his ilk have done tremendous harm to this country.

    1. Over half the people in this country voted for Obama.
    2. Their votes didn't count anyway, thanks to something called the electoral college.
    3. Hindsight is always 20/20, isn't it?
