As long as you consider the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights as something other than a blotter to absorb the liquid portion of the White-out and a canvas for further artistic or political experimentation.. Perhaps... And your views?

You gimmee a topic, and I'll be glad to piss off someone with my opinion! (Actually, I quite dislike angering people). But something tells me we should probably discuss it somewhere other than this post.

Isn't it kind of odd how the democrat gaffs never seem to get any traction. Of course the main stream media keeps a close eye on these things and I'm sure they would be quick to mention a democrat gaff as soon as they heard one, wouldn't they?

If Barnney Frank or Chris Dodd and a big ol' handful of accomplices in the democrat senate about five or six years ago were conservatives they would "hang" in the media for what they did to Freddie and Fannie. Fast and Furious would be on every nightly news, every cable talk show and in your face all day long on the radio if anyone other than left-wing gooks were in the whitehouse and controlling the senate, hearings would abound and demands to step down would be made in the media if conservatives ordered such "fast and furious" activities... We all know this tho, guess on this forum and others we are preaching to the choir. Can I have an "amen"?!

One more thing. If Mr. or Mrs CouchSittingAmerican doesn't know Frank's or Dodds involvement in Freddie and Fannie, they should NOT be allowed to vote as they don't know how to get thier head out of the cable media's butt hole and get real information.

Am I the only one here who thinks that Brian Terry deserved a lot better than to be shot with guns that Eric Holder ensured went to Mexican cartels to show that guns are bad, so he'd have 'proof' when he restricted the 2nd Amendment? Am I the only one here who thinks that the refusal to prosecute black guys with night sticks blocking the voting booth to whites is a crime? Am I the only one here who thinks having the M1 rifle ruled an 'illegal' weapon by 'executive order' is a Constitutional violation of the 2nd Amendment? Am I the only one here who thinks taking my money by force as taxation if I chose not to buy health insurance is a violation of my Constitutional rights? Am I the only one who thinks disclosing the details of the SEALs was for political gain, at the risk of national security and team member safety?

Obama swore to 'preserve, protect and defend' the Constitution. It is his duty to do so. Refusal, and outright obstruction, of that duty is defined as treason, especially when it leads to the death of citizens, and harm to the defense of the country.
