Thread: One reason Obama hates Texas.

Right now Perry is at the top of my list. However, you can't trust the media, you just have to listen to what he says when asked questions and check his voting record and stance. Then even that can be twisted by the media. So, it is really tough to tell who is good and not.

The bigger the rant, the more I like him.

Out of the lineup so far, I like Perry and I am not from Texas. Marco Rubio is my first choice but he is not running. He speaks from the heart. Bachmann sounds like the twin of Sarah Palin. Ron Paul is a career politician. Cain is Ok but I do not think he will win. Rommenie is a fake-kie. Can this country last until next November???? Let us pray so!

Thanks nogods, you convinced me who to vote for. Anyone who invests in the Adult Film business obviously has some good business sence. As a country we need to quit trying to run the adult entertainment businesses out of business.

Regarding Perry, the article says "To be fair, it’s unclear how much knowledge Perry had about these investments, and they were a very small part of his overall stock portfolio."

Now I could not tell you if I have holdings in any "questionable" company in an amount so small as $1,000. Large holdings? yes, I know where everything is. But holdings may be part of a diversified fund comprised of stocks or shares in many companies. This issue has come up in the past regarding candidate investments.

If this is the best they've got it won't be enough to slow him down. After all, Joe biden said we must all give more to charity. Yet he and his doctor wife made $320,000 in 2007 and gave only $995 to charity. His cop-assaulting daughter and son accused of emezzelment didn't affect him either.

I don't really like Texas... not b/c of it's people(mostly), but I just prefer the east coast environment more. I don't like it here in NM either... but Texas does still maintain some of that early American independence. Sadly, the southwest has already been taken back by the Mexicans... just check out the census.

In some towns in California, it's 96% Mexican... the southern states are on their way. I think the reported % is around 40% Mexican in California, 30% in Arizona, 45% in New Mexico, and 37% in Texas. They may be illegal, but they own most of the soutwest already.

If voting could actually change anything, it would be illegal......

I have wrestled with do I vote or dont I...........If I do vote, then I am agreeing that it means/actually does something.....and that the system works and is legitimate... On the other hand, if I dont vote, I cannot complain if (as much) who I want doesnt win.........

I do believe the lesser of the 2 for me is to NOT vote..... The system (Gov't) is WAYYYYYY beyond redemption for voting to fix it.....

If you do not vote, Mickey Mouse will vote under your name three times and you will not even know nor complain about it knowing that you did not vote. Who knows what is really happening after the polls had closed its doors to the public. There is money to be made there at the time though for some who do not think it will ruin this city or this country for that matter is only a drop in the bucket for those who line their pocket for a day's or a few hours work? That you cannot complain because you did not vote? -- I will, as a citizen, put the blame on you and who are like you! because you are part of what went wrong.

Sorry to be a bit harsh. If you wrote your response to intimate a response like mine, then you got it with me. If you are serious in what you wrote, then you are part of what is wrong with this country. I hope you seriously think about your choice.

I completely agree. Not being involved is the real crux of the problem in this country.

I respect your opinions, but I dont agree..... To me, if I vote, I am giving my consent that voting is legitimate and that the system actually works.... In my opinion (and many others I have had this discussion with) the system is beyond repair and corrupt to the core.

Voting for the lessor of 2 evils is STILL VOTING FOR EVIL..... and that is something I will not participate in.

Not being involved? Millions marched into DC and nothing has happened..... besides ridicule and such.... Most all of those voted in by the "tea party" have since become rinos...... and have sold us all down the river......

Yet you all think that DOING THE SAME EXACT THING BY VOTING FOR MORE TRAITORS IS GOING TO HELP???????

Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results...........

Being involved didnt solve a damn thing, sorry..... My "being involved" now entails making preps to survive..... and getting others woke up before it is too late... so they might have a chance to survive also.
