Barney Frank should be indicted for his actions regarding Freddie/Fannie and the house of cards that tumbled after.

BC1: You know the "Good ole' boys" network will take care of Barney. After all, didn't Dodd get away clean? Any of we "little people" would have been drawn and quartered for the same misdeeds.

Just like a Liberal, screw it all up, pilfer the coffers then leave a huge mess and retire. Tar & Feathered comes to mind.

He and Cris Dodd led the dem's against Bush's attempt to get Fanny and Freddie back in line to remain solvent. Funny thing, NBC and the like didn't seem to think such information was news worthy... Thank heaven for Fox News, Rush, Beck, Savage, Levin, etc. (Fox News dares to give BOTH sides, btw, the others are admittedly conservative opinion types but have a way of finding information and passing it along)

You are forgetting how much he cared for the people that couldn't afford to buy a home. These people just needed a chance. It's just not fair, doesn't matter with liberals what their actions may cause. What matters to them is their good intentions. If it doesn't work just throw more money at it. Look what a good job they have done to eliminate poverty in this country over the last 50 years.
