My Guns Are Innocent and so am I

    My Guns are innocent.
I am innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Intent Laws don't work, Even if they did, My Intentions are good.

So if we accept these statements about almost every legal gun owner, where is the problem?
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state,
the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Kramer don't take this personal, OK.
The criminial justice system is broken and has been broken for decades.
Judgements and plea bargains are made daily for the sake of expedience and have nothing to do with justice.
Criminial are released from jail within months, days and in some recorded cases just hours after being incarcerated because they don't have the room and these are violent offenders.
The growing number of citizens who are arrested and detained under NDAA with little to no judicial oversight is reason enough for me to completely stop trusting the justice system (never did to begin with anyway), there is no way they are getting their hands on me, not if I have anything to say about it.
If a cop arrests you the DA is going to believe the cop, after all in reality the cop works for him indirectly, why wouldn't he believe him? The cop is keeping him in office by taking anything off the street that appears to be harmful to the populace and today DAT BE GUNOWNERS, don't you know.
I'd rather be a Conservative Nutjob. Than a Liberal with NO Nuts & NO Job

Justice, fairness and law have not meant the same thing for decades.
