    Gunny,

Judging from the number of responses to this thread, either people didn't view the videos, or the subject matter just doesn't have wide spread appeal. It's sad. I don't have a good answer, but my friend and I were just discussing similar topics yesterday. The first video assumes that the US will collapse, either economically or politically, or both. Where are you in the three stages? I don't believe that we can effect change any more because the ballot box is broken. One woman voted six times for Obummer. But, he's just a puppet anyway judging by the fact that his policies are exactly the same as Bush II. I'd have to say I'm in stage one. I'm doing my best to spread the ideology of "non aggression".

I'm with ya, I'm not foolish enough to think a few lone wolf patriots could do anything besides get killed by police. It's non-aggression ideology for me and mine. I won't 'strike' first.... but we'll be ready for "them" to.

I and no one I know wants to topple the government. I do, however, believe that the only thing that can save the Republic is a return to the Constitution as our guide. I would venture to guess that no one on this forum would trust Congress or this Administration with their God given rights. Without the Constitution and the rule of law we no longer have rights.

A government which spends all of its effort trying to circumvent the Constitution is not legitimate. I am very much afraid that our government is trying to provoke violence in order to destroy all those it consider enemies. It is certainly disturbing that Christians, the Tea Party, the NRA, and our veterans are included on a list of dangerous people. Our founders were mostly peace loving people. But our existence as a nation shows that everyone has a limit to their tolerance.

I think a better way to look at what we need isn't a violent revolution but rather, a restart. I hope that to get back to a more free society, one based on individual liberties and limited gov't, wouldn't require violence. If it does, we all will suffer on some level... However, if it did come to that... I'd hope there would be enough people willing to fight for our future.

What would it take? I've read that three percent of the population of colonial new england comprised the bulk of fighters during the revolution, but there again, the colonials were pretty much all on the same page.
