Middle School Student Suspended and Arrested For Wearing NRA T-Shirt to School
An 8th grade student in WV has been suspended and arrested for refusing to remove a t-shirt he wore to school which featured the NRA logo and an image of, what appears to be, a .308 caliber, AR style hunting rifle.
According to a report by local news media, the shirt does not seem to explicitly violate any of the written policies related to dress code.
The boys father is notably upset about the issue.
    From wowktv.com,
He did not violate any school policy, Lardieri reiterates. He did not become aggressive.
Now, Lardieri says hes ready to fight until the situation is made right.
I will go to the ends of the earth, I will call people, I will write letters, I will do everything in the legal realm to make sure this does not happen again, Lardieri said.
Police confirmed to local media that the student was arrested and charged with obstruction and disturbing the education process.
The school district has refused to comment so far.

    Stand Your Ground

This just scary as hell, what is the t-shirt going to do shoot someone in his class. But what it will do is help other students think about what the liberal agenda of the school that is teaching them guns are wrong, guns shouldn't be in the hands of the law abiding citizens, that guns should only be in the hands of LE and the Military. In plain words it just might get students thinking on their own and questioning the school authorities about what they are teaching about the Second Amendment.
They won't comment about their actions because they are in the wrong and they are hoping this will all go away.
I am glad to see Jared's father standing by his son's decisions and his demonstrating a willingness to fight for his son's safety and freedoms. My father did this for me during my high school years and I am a better person for it.
I'd rather be a Conservative Nutjob. Than a Liberal with NO Nuts & NO Job
