    Thought's on Obama Care

Have you noticed in the news the number of Senators and Congressman that are saying that Obama Care doesn’t look like it’s going to work out quite as well as they thought it would and they are exempting themselves from its implementation on them? All I can say is, why didn’t you think about this before you rammed it down our troughs? All I can remember is Pelosi’s remark “we’ve got to pass this bill and then we can read it”. What the F is wrong with these people, Oh, I know what it is they’ve got their heads up their A$$, or should I say Obamas A$$.

If you take a close look at O-care you will see a lot of reforms that are excellent in principle, no lifetime max, portability, no preexisting exclusions, no surcharges, psych care , preventive care etc.
Problem is as citizens it's a tax we can't afford it and as a country even the SCOTUS said it's a tax and will add to the deficit.

Fiscally, O-care cannot work unless our taxes soared higher than they already are. The SCOTUS said it was a tax in order for O-care to stand. Otherwise, the SCOTUS would have had to be the bad guys and deny its acceptance under the 10th Amendment.

Obama Care was a train wreck from day one. The congress knew it. They had to show their support for their leader so they rammed it down our throats against the will of the people. Remember democrats had the house and the senate majorities at that time. Had the SCOTUS ruled by order of law this would and should have been killed. Instead one of them took it upon him self to re-write a part of Obama Care to fit the law. Then to show how pissed we were, most of those that voted against the will of the people got re-elected. Those that voted to re-elect those representatives, senators and Obama, have nothing to complain about. IMHO.

There is nothing good about the government taking over large parts of our economy. Granted Our health care isn't perfect but it's a free market. If you want the insurance go buy it. The government has no Constitutional authority to force it's citizens to buy insurance. When the government runs out of other peoples money, what kind of a health care system will we have then? Without the incentive to create personal wealth there is nothing. At some point the history that socialist liberals want to ignore will come to pass and the system will collapse. It will take capitalism and a free market to rebuild. Those that ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

The problem is that these "excellent" reforms cost MONEY. For example, can you buy an auto policy to cover a wreck AFTER the wreck happens???
